Episode 7 - Scarlet-Colored Labyrinth

Here is VK 7…

In this episode, we travel back to the past…

Kaname brought Yuuki to Chairman Cross after he saved her from the vampire. But Yuuki still had the fear of vampire and flinched when she saw Kaname’s fangs. But slowly she opened up to Kaname and looked forward to his visit.

Then, a new member joined in her life. Chairman Cross brought Zero home after a pureblood vampire attacked Zero’s family. Yuuki then comforted Zero when he tried to erase the touch of the pureblood vampire on him.

Shortly after, Zero met with Kaname. Zero tried to kill Kaname but was easily stopped. It seems that Zero’s hatred for vampires did not stop. He then tried to change Chairman Cross’ mind about having the Night Class in the school but failed.

One day at school, Yuuki decided to go to the Night Class’ dormitory to look for Kaname. But she fell asleep while waiting. When she awoken, she saw Kaname sucking blood from another vampire. The sight traumatized Yuuki a lot and she ran away.

Back to the present, Kaname told Zero why he still let him lived despite the fact that Zero was a danger to Yuuki.

Episode 6 - Their Choice

I bring to you episode 6 of VK…

Yuuki protected Zero from Yagari-sensei and just then Chairman Cross came and put away Yagari’s gun. Cross then ordered Yuuki to return to her room and told her not to worry.

Back in her room, Yuuki could not stop worrying about Zero and his chances of becoming a Level E.

The next day, Zero did not show up at school, leading Yuuki to suspect Yagari-sensei. She then confronted him and demanded him to tell her Zero’s location.

Yagari then brushed her off as he made his way to teach the Night Class. The Night Class did not welcome the presence of Yagari and even sent him a gift: A flying dagger.

As Yagari exited the classroom, he was surprised to see Yuuki waiting for him. He then finally gave her Zero’s location.

Zero then told her about his past with Yagari-sensei and how sensei had protected him.

Yuuki then finally made up her mind and willingly gave blood to Zero. At first Zero refused, but he could give up the offer.

It was implied that Kaname knew Yuuki gave her blood to Zero but he did not do anything about it.

The next day, Zero did not show up at school again. Yuuki then realized her mistake of leaving Zero alone. She then rushed up to find Yagari pointing a gun at Zero.

Yuuki screamed and Zero finally awoken from his trance and stop Yagari from shooting him. Just before Yagari left, he told Zero to continue to live his life to the fullest and not give up. He then told Yuuki that if Zero really lost control, she would have to stop him then.

At the end, Zero promised Yuuki that he would never run away again.

Episode 5 - Feast in the Moonlight

Here is VK 5…

Chairman Cross taught Yuuki how to stop Zero’s blood craze through a temporary method. With that method, Kaname finally relented to let Zero stay in Day Class.

There was a new teacher in school. But he was actually a vampire hunter and Zero’s teacher??!!!
Zero, after seeing Yagari Touga, ran out of class with Yuuki following closely behind. They then met Chairman Corss who sent them to town to pick up some things. Halfway through, Zero separated from Yuuki and Yuuki went off to find him but was ambushed by a Level E.

Although Zero came to protect Yuuki, he hesitated to kill the Level E, which was then exterminated by Ichijou-senpai. He then invited Yuuki and Zero to the Moon Dormitory to explain Yuuki’s questions.

When Yuuki and Zero arrived, they were shocked to see that it was actually Ichijou’s birthday. Kaname then invited Yuuki to sit beside him while he explained the importance of killing the Level E.

Not able to stand the blood smell, Zero ran off while Yuuki chased after him. Yuuki then realized that Zero’s body would not accept blood tablets. Just when Zero was about to bite her, Yuuki was able to stop by dumping both of them into the lake. When they finally resurfaced, Zero was shot by his teacher.

Episode 4 - Trigger of Conviction

Here is VK 4…

Yuki was still in shock after Zero bit her. Kaname sensing the blood came to the scene and brought Yuki away to clean up her wound, leaving Zero to Chairman Cross. Kaname then left to calm down the excited Night Class who sensed the blood.

Yuki then realized that she spoke some awful things to Zero and regretted it. She overheard Kaname wanting Zero to transfer to the Night Class in case he hurt another person again.

Yuki wanted to prevent Zero’s transfer and went to the Moon Dormitory to negotiate with Kaname. However, she then met Aidou-senpai, who said some horrible things to her. Luckily, Kaname was there to stop him.

When Yuki revealed her motive, Kaname refused her request. It was also revealed that Yuki meant a lot to Kaname. What is their relationship anyway? (I know, but I’m not going to give out spoilers^^)

On her way back, Yuki felt that something was wrong and quickly ran up to check on Zero. She then discovered Zero pointing a gun to himself and immediately stopped him. However, Zero then asked Yuki to kill him with the gun, which she refused to do. Thus, leaving Zero no choice but to leave the academy.

Yuki, not wanting Zero to leave, hugged him from behind, preventing him from moving. She then said that everything was just going to be fine and asked Zero to stay. Oblivious to them, Kaname was watching from a window.

Around the end, it was showed that the Hunter Clan was very concerned with Zero’s condition. But Chairman Cross assured them that there were no problems from Zero. The Hunter Clan that warned that they had sent a hunter to keep a lookout on Zero.

Episode 3 - Fang of Repentance

I bring to you VK 3…

Dorm Inspection was here. Zero and Yuuki were sent on a mission to clear all sorts of suspicious things in the Day and Night classes’ dormitories.

The Day Class was horrified when Yuuki and Zero confiscated all the photos of the Night Class.

It was worst for Aidou when Kaname ordered him to throw out all of his precious junk.

Just when Zero and Yuuki were going to check on the Night Class, Yuuki forced Zero to show her what he had hidden, thus making Zero angry and ran off.

Guilty, Yuuki followed Zero to town but soon lost sight of him. Just then, her nightmares of her past resurfaced again as she sat alone on the bench.

Soon, Yuuki caught sight of a strange little boy and followed him. However, she did not know the boy was a vampire, a Level E to be exact. And she was ambushed by the boy and another Level E vampire.

Zero heard Yuuki’s cries and quickly went to her location where he fired and killed one of the vampires. However, the little boy jumped onto the top of the tower and attacked Yuuki.

Unable to fend for herself, Yuuki was in serious danger. Luckily, Kaname arrived and saved her as he known that Zero would submit to his blood crave if he got too close to the bleeding Yuuki.

Back in school, Kaname had a talk with the headmaster about Zero.

Meanwhile, Yuuki found Zero sitting alone. She then discovered that Zero was a vampire when he bit her and sucked her blood.

Episode 2 - Memories of Blood

Here is episode 2 of VK…

Valentines Day was coming and the girls of Day Class were looking forward to it. They could finally express their love to the Night Class.

With an overwhelming increase of enthusiasm from the Day Class, the two academy guardians, Yuuki and Zero, had to be more alert.

Yuuki also suspect that there was something wrong between Zero and Kaname.

Furthermore, Zero’s crave for blood was getting stronger but he still refused to consume the blood tablets.

Finally, the day was here. All the girls got the chance to give chocolates to the Night Class. Yuuki managed to give hers as well but with a little help from Zero.

Once the event was over, Zero was suddenly struck with his blood crave and ran off before he could do any harm. Then he was confronted with some of the Night Class and they provoked him to a fight, which he readily accepted. Luckily, Yuuki arrived in time to stop them.

Once back to her dormitory, Yuuki sought out Zero and gave him one of her hand-made chocolate. When Zero left, Yuuki accidentally found one of Zero’s blood tablet.

Meanwhile, the group of Night Class that sneaked out to find Zero was being reprimanded by Kaname. It was then showed that Zero’s blood crave was getting more serious.

Episode 1 - Night of the Vampires

Here’s first episode of Vampire Knights…Night of the Vampires

We start off with Yuki being chased by a crazy vampire, who was then destroyed by Kaname. (You’re so damm cool!!!) That was the earliest memory she Yuki could remember and the first day she met Kaname.

10 years later, Yuki is the prefect, protecting the Day class from the Night class, without revealing the real identity of the Night class. But it looks like Yuki is trying to protect the Night class from the Day class instead. With all the screaming fan girls for the respective vampires, it’s no wonder she has a hard time controlling them. (I don’t blame the girls, I will also be one of them if there is a “Night Class” in my school^^)

Now out come Hanabusa Aido, who, as always, flirting with the Day class girls. Of course, Kaname and Akatsuki Kain, Aido’s cousin, has their fair share of fan girls’ squeal too.

It was also shown in this episode, Yuki has a very obvious crush on Kaname and Kaname seems to like Yuki too. With all the ruffling of hair and caressing of cheek, it’s either Kaname has a perverted mind or he likes Yuki very much. Of course, that moment was broken by my favourite character, (drum roll please…………………) Zero Kiryu!!! He took Kaname’s hand off Yuki and sort of glared at him. (I think…) Kaname took the hint and left for class, with the rest of the Night class following.

After the vampires left, Yuki and Zero has a little lover’s squabble. (or that’s what I’m going to describe it if I can change the anime script…which obviously I can’t *sobz*)

A little more info about why the Night class is formed. They are an experimental class, who is testing newly developed blood tablets that was acknowledge across the world.

Back in the headmaster office, Zero tries to shun off his duty of protecting the vampires, while insulting Yuki in the process. However, the headmaster, Kaien, rejects the idea, emphasizing on the point where the vampires’ identity must be kept a secret. And it seems like Kaien has a little obsession with his “loving son and daughter” (lolz)

After the negotiation has failed, Zero went out. He suddenly has a urge to drink blood and took out the blood tablets. (first sign in the anime that shows Zero is a vampire)

After the chat with her “father”, Yuki decides to patrol around the area and met Kaname and Takuma. She blushed after seeing Kaname and ran off.

Then, she catch two students sneaking around. Unfortunately, Aido and Kain catch the sense of blood and come to the scene. Yuki thinks it is the girl’s wound who attracted Aido, but it is actually hers. When Aido tries to drink her blood, Zero comes to the rescue. (is he telepathic or is he a stalker??..lolz..Baka…I shouldn’t have insulted my favourite character *takes a mallet and start hitting myself*)

He took out his Bloody Rose and almost shoot Aido. Aido was stunned. Fortunately, Kaname comes to the rescue and Zero backs off. Kaname apologises to Yuki, erases the two girls’ memories and leads the two vampires off.

Back at the dormroom, Yuki is preparing for bed when Zero comes in too. They have a small bicker again. (oh..so cute) Suddenly, Zero has a urge to suck blood and runs from Yuki. He closes the door on her and breathes heavily. It looks like Zero is afraid of hurting Yuki (is a little romance blooming already?..lolz)

After the incident with Yuki, Aido and poor Kain was punished, even though he does nothing but is still an offence since he did nothing to stop Aido. However, they are not upset about it. In fact, Aido says it is worth it for Yuki’s blood. When Kaname hears it, he slaps Aido. After receiving the slap, Aido becomes depressed.

Synopsis

Ok…finally!!!! My favourite manga has just released its first episode. What’s that called?…Are you kidding me. It’s Vampire Knight!!!!

My favourite vampires are finally in colour and actually moving around… I was jumping and squealing like a crazy girl, which I rarely do (emphasis on the RARELY!!) Ok…I’m starting to freak myself out so I just gonna quickly summarise this anime.

Vampire Knight is about this Gakuen (Japanese for academy), which is separated into two classes, the Day class and the Night class. In the day, normal humans studied in there, just like all schools. But when it comes to the time where the sun sets, the Night class come out to play. Thus, the Gakuen has guardians which will sort of “protect” the normal civilians from the Night class or what we call vampires and to keep the Night class’s real identity away from the Day class. This very Gakuen is called Cross Academy.

So this anime follows the story of two guardians, Yuki Cross and Zero Kiryu (who he himself is also a vampire).

Yuki’s earliest memory was being attacked by a vampire when she was just a child. She was then saved by Kaname Kuran, a pure vampire, and was brought to Kaien Cross, the headmaster of Cross Academy, to be raised up.

Zero was born to a family of vampire hunters, furthermore the deaths of his family led him to hate the vampires deeply. He is determined not to trust any vampires and wanted to kill them all.

Kaname Kuran, along with the help of Takuma Ichijo, leads the Night class. As he is one of the rare pure blood vampire, the Night class respected him a lot.

There are currently only one opening and ending song each.
